GENERAL
◈ Please do not commission me if you have a very tight deadline! I work according to the workload I receive from each commissioner.◈ Due to my unexpected real-life events and college workload, delays may happen sporadically but rest assured that I’ll contact the client whenever I have progressed or have a question about your commission.◈ I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to rude or inappropriate behavior from the client, or any other similar circumstances that happen before or during the client and I’s commission progress.◈ I will inform you ahead of time if I decline a commission if the request is out of my comfort zone. Kindly communicate with me first to gauge out if your request is possible or not.◈ I am allowed to stream the making process of the commission unless an NDA is requested beforehand.◈ The client isn't allowed to alter the artwork in any way without permission.◈ If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.◈ Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.◈ Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI and Machine Learning training database.◈ All prices are subject to change but any ongoing commission will not be affected by the price change.◈ Failure to follow the Terms of Service will be blacklisted. I own all rights over the completed work, allowing me to redistribute (watermarked and compiled) and showcase your commissions for self-promotion in a timely manner.PAYMENT

◈ Revision is allowed in the sketching phase, after that any major revision will require a revision fee for at least 15% of the commission final price.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
◈ Standard delivery time is 2 weeks to 4 months depending on the complexity of the commission.◈ Delivery of the product will be sent through VGEN delivery service or to the email provided by the client upon request.USE
◈ Credits required upon usage. Provide credits to @lunnymoonMoon (Twitter/Twitch)◈ Personal usage (Personal digital device wallpaper, gifts between friends and family, gifts to special people, fanart for your idol etc)◈ Printing in small quantity for sharing between friends and acquaintance are allowed◈ Printing in purpose of promoting oneself as a brand (Ex. Vtuber) would fall into commercial usage and will be charged double from the base price.◈ Reproducing the artwork for merchandise use like T-shirt, sticker, keychain, all other printed form need to be discussed in advance.REFUNDS
◈ No refunds once the final sketch is done.◈ If, for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.COMMUNICATION
◈ Communication will be done via the chosen platform of the client. Twitter DMs, Vgen DMs, Toyhouse DMS, Discord or email ([email protected]).
